Nicoletta brings nearly 30 years of experience in the Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) industry, with deep expertise in FTZ software, operational support, inventory management, and product development. A co-founder of EZ-FTZ, she has held leadership roles in support, software development, and product management at respected FTZ software organizations.

Throughout her career, she has supported hundreds of FTZ users across all aspects of FTZ software, developed tools to generate Retaliatory HTS Sequence Files for FTZ packages, and continues to assist clients with complex discrepancy research. Known for her customer-first approach, professionalism, and approachable style, Nicoletta helps clients navigate complex FTZ and manufacturing processes with confidence and ease.

Ruth has nearly 30 years of experience in the Foreign Trade Zone industry, with a background spanning software development, testing, support, data auditing, and process analysis. She was one of the co-founders of EZ-FTZ.

Throughout her career at EZ-FTZ, IntegrationPoint and Precision Audit, she has played a key role in improving operational processes and supporting compliance initiatives. Prior to specializing in FTZ operations, Ruth worked in software development for a variety of industry and government organizations. Her extensive technical knowledge and analytical approach make her a valuable resource to both clients and team members.

Sandra brings 35 years of combined experience in accounting, warehouse management, inventory control, and auditing. Her background includes specialization in SOXS auditing as well as warehouse and inventory management operations.

Since joining Precision Audit in 2019, Sandra has held a variety of roles within FTZ operations and auditing, eventually advancing into her current role as Operations Manager. She is recognized for her organizational skills, operational knowledge, and commitment to supporting efficient and compliant business practices.

John is an experienced Financial Controller and Manufacturing Operations Manager with over 30 years of experience. He is an experienced auditor from E&Y. He has a solid background in Corporate Finance and Accounting particularly in the Forestry, Pulp and Paper industry. He has led Manufacturing Operations in the Steel Conversion and Medical Instruments industries including “green field” startups in the USA and Mexico.

He initiated the re-writing of the Venezuelan Tax Code pertaining to the handling of Fixed Assets. He led Manufacturing Operations, including standing up a new factory, in a Mexican FTZ. John enjoys driving productivity gains and financial structural improvement. He currently specializes in auditing compliance in USA FTZ sites across the country. John es bilingüe, habla español.

Malissa is an experienced Operations Analyst with a strong background in inventory control, logistics, and Foreign Trade Zone operations. With 28 years of experience in retail inventory management, she has developed expertise in inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

Today, she specializes in FTZ operations, compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. Known for her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, Malissa is passionate about creating efficient solutions that support business growth and operational success.

Kelsey serves as the Marketing Coordinator at Precision Audit, where she supports the company’s marketing initiatives through social media management, content creation, branding, and client communications. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and is focused on continuing to expand her knowledge within the FTZ industry.

Kelsey enjoys developing creative marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, and helping support client and business relationships through effective communication and digital engagement.
